be sure to take a fall walk this week...


There is nothing more relaxing than a fall walk. I have gone out a few times over the past few days, not to exercise, just to enjoy fall. What I have noticed is:

1. the air is both fresh and crisp.
2. the leaves are amazing colors.
3. the sidewalks are filled with "colors" that crunches below your feet.
4. I feel calm.

Take a walk today!
