Asparagus is in season so this is a perfect dish for you and your family. Ravioli with Sauteed Asparagus and Walnuts.
It was easy, peasy to make and let me just say, it was light and fresh and filled with texture. I do not usually enjoy nuts in my dishes, but the walnuts added an additional layer to this meal that rather completed it. I did use a bit more lemon juice than called for and substituted the ravioli for tortellini as I had some in the refrigerator. Make this for you family or guests....it is bound to be a crowd pleaser.
