I cannot believe this is the last week of July...boo! What that means for me is four more weeks left of vacation and believe you me, I'm not complaining. Today is for a beginning yoga class at 9:30 and then prepping for the week. Not too difficult when you are not working...let's see...plan meals and a work out schedule and reading material and blah, blah, blah!
This week's goal: get on a wake up routine and shed a few pounds.
