I cannot believe this is the last week of! What that means for me is four more weeks left of vacation and believe you me, I'm not complaining. Today is for a beginning yoga class at 9:30 and then prepping for the week. Not too difficult when you are not working...let's see...plan meals and a work out schedule and reading material and blah, blah, blah!
This week's goal: get on a wake up routine and shed a few pounds.
