Brian and I had such a lovely weekend. We went out for dinner on Friday with our guy and then accomplished much on Saturday. I organized every closet and drawer and we cleaned the deck and enjoyed a divine gnocchi dinner. Sunday was for shopping and cooking ribs. Brian made three slabs so we could tray three different sauces. He smoked them for hours and then browned them and baked the sauce on them before we tasted the three and unanimously voted on Sauce Number One: it was one of the Stubs sauces; the sweet sauce and it was delicious. This morning was for the gym and doing bills and cleaning the basement. I'm soon off to do some returns and maybe pick up a gift or two on this very cold Monday! Looking forward to this first day of vacation; I'm so lucky!
