I was on a "cookingpalooza" Monday and one of the dishes I prepared was Roasted Tomato Tart. I used heirloom tomatoes instead of plum tomatoes but booo... I cooked the tart a bit too long on the Traeger as I wanted the smoke flavor. Let me just say, however, it was delicious, delicious, delicious! Easy and flavorful and beautiful and I am bringing this to a family meal!
