As I still have not had one full week of work, I'm on week three and my, oh my, how things have changed. Gone are my days with nothing to do as now, my work days have each been "non-stop". Much of the reason is a new science curriculum and study skills curriculum. In addition, there is PERA, a new twist to our evaluation system, and then there are the kids. Doing what needs done so the kidos on my team make it successfully through their day is no easy feat and it "takes a village". Am I really about to say that I can't wait for Friday to arrive?
