I made this appetizer for Thanksgiving and now I'm making a bit of a change to the recipe for a Wedding Shower at school on Thursday. I'm going to add a few rosemary sprigs to the cranberry sauce to change it up a bit; doesn't that sound lovely? This appetizer is really, really fresh and light and just delicious and it screams HOLIDAYS!
Cranberry, Orange Cream Cheese Spread
1 cream cheese
- 1 can of whole cranberries
- 1 orange
- fresh rosemary - maybe
- Zest one orange into the cranberry sauce
- Add a bit of rosemary, if desired..
- Pour over a block of cream cheese that is a room temperature.
- Serve with crackers.
