this week's morning routine...



1.  Up around 4:30 which is a little late.
2.  Checking work e-mail by 4:50.
3.  Out the door at 5:10 to pick up a large McDonald's coffee.
4.  Working out at 5:20.
5.  Home by 5:55.
6.  Getting ready for work at 6:15.
7.  Out the door to start my day at 7:15.

It seems a bit ridiculous that when I leave for work I've already been awake for three hours!
