the activia challenge...



I decided to incorporate Activia into my diet for the next two weeks. Why? Well, I keep seeing these commercials on the benefits of Activia and decided to see if it really makes a difference.  Another daily change I'm making is I'm back to running in the morning which is a bit hard, my friends, as that means I'm exercising by 4:45 a.m. Yikes, that is kinda "crazy early", but I have not felt good without it in my daily routine that I changed when I started taking care of our little nugget. Okay, here I go again with another life change.

July Goal

  • run at 4:45 a.m. four times a week.
  • eat two Activia yogurts a day.
  • monitor my daily water intake to be sure I'm drinking 64 ounces.
  • eat more fish.
