spaghetti squash lasagna bowls...

Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Bowls | Sweet-Remedy.com

...a hit and a real treat!  This dish was "easy as pie" to make and all were happy.  I loved roasting the squash as it added a bit of a smoky flavor to the dish and then, I finished them off and melted the cheese on the grill, too.  A tasty and beautiful fall dish to make on these cool evenings.
