When Nick comes home from work in the morning, he will sometimes have a beer. As he is working to get close to 195 pounds and doing a great job at it, calories matter. (Sometime he runs with a 40 pound vest on up and down hills and does squats and lundges with it on, too) Anyway, he recently asked me to buy Beck's Premier Light beer. Well, I first bought Miller Ultra Light as I couldn't find Beck's and he said there was no alcohol in the beer and the purpose of it was to hydrate the person who was drinking it. Okay. Then, I found Beck's Premier Light and the decision was made.
