
I take my resolutions seriously and each year, I spend much time thinking about what I will resolve to do to improve as a person when the new year begins. Well, here is my list and I like it!
2014 New Year's Resolutions
Exercise 3 or more times per week.
Enter at least one "long run race".
Eat daily small meals of fruit and vegetables
and cottage cheese and yogurt.
Omit all "white sugar" from my diet.
Commit to real savings.
