Home again and before 7 a.m. today I made 2 Italian beef sandwiches for Nick, heated him Cauliflower Soup and made a small batch of Sloppy Joe. All of the ingriedents are out for Spinach and Bean Crock Pot Soup and Italian Chicken which will be served over spinach pasta. I need to make one quick trip to the store this morning and then it's another inside day. I am going to organize my team binder; that's my big work task for the day. Life is sweet!
