Our Nick is 24 today. Yesterday, I made him his birthday "lunch" dinner as he is working the 3 to 11 shift so Brian and I will not see him today. Served was a tossed salad, lemon chicken with mushrooms over angel hair pasta and spinach, French garlic bread and cranberry juice with lemon. Nick found out around 1 that Wednesday is a go, my brother is taking him and Little Tony hunting in Richmond and Nick was more than excited as it's his first time hunting. We gave him our gift, a Gander Mountain Gift Card, which will help him buy a few needed supplies before the "big day". It was a nice birthday, but the first really different one for Nick as he has been in Jonesboro for his birthday for the past 5 years and that was nothing like what he experienced yesterday; an afternoon lunch with me! Too funny!
