I hope you had a nice weekend. I...
- came home Friday after work and bank runs to a very tired husband.
- did my usual Saturday morning routine and really stayed focused so I could be out of the house earlier than usual.
- called Nick to process the team's defeat to discover he was at a men's rugby tournament in Little Rock. I was so happy he was out with friends and enjoying a sunny 70 degree plus day down south. When I asked he if he was at all sad, as game days are hard for him, he replied, "I'm over it, mom." So glad, but I know rugby will always be in his blood
- ran errands and then went to Monks with Brian after putting away groceries.
- ran outside both days and loved it except when a goose started to chase me which was really scary!
- literally graded papers and wrote student reports until 3:00 in the afternoon. So happy it is done!
- enjoyed the excellent Masters tournament with my guy
- made our Sunday roasted Greek chicken dinner with potato wedges and carrots in my cast iron skillet. It turned out wonderful.
