Red Quinoi and Steamed Broccoli...Wonderful!  The colors were so beautiful together and it was nutty and grainy and just plain good.  So looking forward to my left overs for lunch. 
(Brian did not join me in this delightful treat.  He ate steak mixed with the mushroom strogonoff left overs from the other night and did manage to make a few predictable comments about my entree during dinner. Why oh why does healthy food bother him?)
