the very best + easiest cheesecake
1 block cream cheese [softened]
1 cup sour cream
1/4-1/2 cup sugar [depending on taste]
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- whip together cream cheese & sour cream
- add sugar/vanilla and mix until smooth
- pour into a graham cracker crust [store bought or homemade]
- bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- let cool several hours before serving
- add whatever toppings you prefer — and enjoy!
