Brian made The Pioneer Woman's Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf on Sunday for our "Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes Monday" dinner. As we knew it was a bit big for 3 of us, our plan was to use the leftovers for sandwiches on Wednesday. Well, it turned out to be really a big dinner as there were just 2 of us and more than enough leftovers for a second dinner for 3+. Oh well, Plan B is to send Nick C. dinner tonight as we are having The Pioneer Woman's Spaghetti and Meatballs. (We seem to be on a Pioneer Woman and meat kick these days!)
