I started waking up this morning around 2 as I never sleep well the night before we return to work after a long break; actually none of the teachers do. After finally getting out of bed a bit later than I usually do, I proceeded with my routine and decided to make some coffee before going to the gym. That took me 2 tries for some reason and then, Brian called me to tell me that coffee was free this morning at McDonalds. O.K...I decided to go right then and there, ordered my drink, got to the window and was told my bill was $1.08. What, free for small coffees, not large. O.K...well, I had a dollar but no change in the car so I asked the kid if I could owe him the 8 cents. He hesitantly agreed and I was off. Chaos before 5:30 a.m.
