- spent a lovely Easter with my family in Lake Geneva.
- made a delicious rack of lamb with mint pesto and a Greek salad on Saturday.
- bought yellow tulips which screamed "spring".
- laughed at our Easter Egg hunt as the participants age ranged from 15 to 53.
- brought Cannoli Dip to Easter dinner which was a real "hit" and it was my first time making it.
- enjoyed a wonderful weekend with Brian, who was home!
- had a Bloody Mary and Brat at Champs.
- missed Nick on Sunday as he was missing our family get together.
