pasta alla marlboro man...

This is a delicious, hearty pasta dish.  I have now made it two times and we loved it both.  As I like things rather saucy, I added another can of tomatoes, used a little under two pounds of meat  and only cooked one pound of rigatoni.  Serving this with garlic bread and a salad tossed with Italian dressing is wonderful and there will be tasty left overs.
