bistro one west...

Bistro One West opened last weekend in town.  The chef is a St. Charles resident who cooked and created incredible dishes in a Chicago restaurant for over 10 years. Chef Doug, according to Matt, is amazing and his menu looked wonderful. It featured white polenta, shaved roasted beets, jumbo prawns, Berkshire pork, Waygu steak, organic salmon, Amish chicken and an assortment of amazing desserts. Looking forward to trying the food as Brian and I found the ambiance to be quite pleasant.
