this is my mantra...

...my word of the year is "breathe".  I have "breathe" framed at home and work and I look at the word daily to remind me to stop and take a breath as the day should not take hold of me and my whole self ever. Has it made a difference this year?  Yes, I really do think I control my stress much better this year than last year or....could it be that I am calmer because of the meds I am on?  Oh well, what ever it is, it is a good thing!
