When I began this blog, it was for me. I truly wanted an "interactive journal"; one that would help me:
1. share my thoughts and feelings.
2. incorporate photos with those emotions to make my entries personal.
3. think about the "enormous" outside world.
4. improve my technology skills.
Well, today (and last night) was the moment that I shared or revealed "my blog", its address and the fact that I have "blogged" since June with the most important people in my life. It was fun with Sarah. We laughed so hard that we cried as she reacted to the news and to the entire idea or notion of me blogging. She narrated posts that I asked her to "tag out loud" and she then shared both her likes and suggestions about the blog.... "Always Seeking Balance". Brian is, I think, either angry or confused, Matt wants the blog address and Nick has not yet reacted to the concept.
What are my feelings about this "endeavor" unfolding before my eyes? Well, this has been and continues to be an experience like no other I have known! I love that I have a daily record of my life. I love that both family and friends can experience what life is like from my eyes. I love creating this "forever journal".
