I started buying this amazing vegetable again as there is nothing better than a hint of cucumber flavor in your water while you hydrate. It makes the water taste crisp and clean and pure and just plain refreshing. And then, slicing a few discs to put on your eyes to reduce puffiness provides instant gratification. Buy a cucumber and feel good inside and out; it makes me feel that spring is here. A simple remedy for cabin fever; and so inexpensive and natural.
