what a weekend...

Loved each and every moment of this cold, cold weekend. There was a ton of cooking done on Riding Lane over three days. I made Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta on Friday, Chicken Lazone on Saturday and Slow Cooker Chickpea Sweet Potato Stew on Sunday for my team's lunch today. Brian made Reem's hot dogs and chicken wings and Traeger's 3-2-1 Ribs for the football game. My guy ran errands for hours and we went to The Salt Cave and ordered birthday gifts and read and watched great golf and football and just really enjoyed being in our cozy home. Nothing better in February!
