Today, I'm beginning my "new year" life change. I won't begin to document until Sunday as that is when a my first full week will happen. Documenting is a good thing for me as it makes me feel more accountable to follow through. I'm looking forward to embracing how I will feel when the first month ends as I need to experience "recharging". I like recharging my life as it makes me feel more alive; more healthy; more in control. Seeing progress after a month, too, is always rewarding. I want to feel good inside and out again! I'm glad I stop procrastinating and started something good today.
