Brian and I did a great job prepping our meals for the week on Sunday. We made burgers and a meat loaf and decided on vegetables to go with our meals. (Brian looks a bit pale from radiation so I want to incorporate some more "power foods" into our diet.) This morning, I found this soup recipe and decided to make it tonight to have later in the week for dinner and for my lunches. How easy is this?
