Today was my last day with my trainer at the gym. Boo! I was a bit sad as having a trainer keeps you committed; it gives you that push you need on those days that you are not in the mood to work out which is very nice. That being said, I must say I have learned a lot and I am in better shape. I am stronger and more flexible. I can go to the gym now and put together some weight and strength training routines to give myself a good, 30 minute workout which was my goal. Doing something for the first time in your life at my age is not easy, but it worked out well. I guess their right when they say, "It's never too late!"

and i'm done for now...
