I was a bit off last week and did not stick to my gym routine. That cascaded into me feeling like all of this work is "for not" which is not good. Brian was, of course, encouraging so of course, I decided to begin again. I even set a goal to be achieved by my special day; May 28th.
Today, I was working out at 4:45 and yep, I'm glad I did as it was good to start my day taking care of myself. As I sit here drinking my detox tea, all is well and it's going to be a good Thursday.
