resolution time...

This year, I resolve to...

  • exercise three times a week.
  • do yoga two times a week.
  • eat balanced meals daily which means more fruit and vegetables.
  • not dwell on the negative; deal with it or let it go and move on.
  • practice kindness and compassion often.
  • engage in one day at a time.
