have you made your resolution...

I just framed my resolutions and "word of the year" last night so I'm happy now. One thing I love is intentional changes and starting the year off with them just makes sense; a new year and a new you.
I have gotten up by 4:45 two days in a row to exercise or "do yoga" and worked on the "healthier food" change as well as surrounding myself with calm to embrace each day; new diffuser and meditation music and an uncluttered, fresh home helps. I feel like I'm off to a good start...
