I was in the mood to make a fall dish with my butternut squash and chose a Giada recipe that was, of course, delicious. I roasted the squash and onions in the Traeger to add a hint of smoke to the dish and added crumbled bacon to our plates before serving to give it some crunch as I omitted the walnuts. The flavors were wonderful, the dish was creamy and beautiful to look at with the pop of green. So, so easy to prepare and company worthy.
