day two and another goal...

Day One went well and I'm on to Day Two. As I have not been on any real routine for twelve weeks, it's time to make a few changes again. I did my second day of yoga stretches and outdoor exercising. I have got to get into better shape; I need to get stronger. Today, Shakeology returns to my routine as well as real hydrating. I'm looking forward to a very productive day at work before the students enter the building tomorrow.
