Nick was talking to me today and he wants to make a move. He has disliked his job for a very long time which is never a good thing and I mean he really, really, really dislikes his job. My advice..."You are young. You have no ties here. This is the time to take a risk and make a change because change is good." He looks bothered and worried and in much thought; he's been like this for awhile. That's a hard place to be for anyone.
