I can't believe it is almost the Fourth of July. I use to feel like summer was almost over when the fourth arrived which is so silly as when July begins, summer has not even been here for a month. Also, I have 31 uninterrupted days in July. I am sooo lucky!
What is happening on this holiday weekend? I'm thinking morning walks or runs, grilling, pool'in and enjoying my family. I'm going to Reams for burgers and brats and I'm also going to make a potato salad. I want to have some traditional meals this weekend; traditional summer meals. I love that Brian will be home for four days, that's a treat, and I'm looking forward to the simply beautiful weather.
