day one of summer break...



This year's summer break is a whopping 12 weeks long! Am I lucky or not? Yes I am, yes I am, yes I am!!!
Of course, I am starting my vacation with some life changes which are:

  1. Daily running so I feel stronger and more flexible. 
  2. Shakeology and Whole 30 eating during the week so I feel lighter.
  3. Drinking 64 plus ounces of lemon water daily so I feel cleaner; does that make sense?

Today's run already has happened  and I am about to clean our home as I did not do it over my Birthday Weekend. (I need things organized and shinny so I can be relaxed and happy.) Then, I am going to head over to Nick's for some reading and pool time. Not a bad way to begin my first day off.
