on whole 30...

We are not doing bad.  Both of us have absolutely stuck to the food portion of the diet.

  • We have had no sugar, dairy, grains or flour for ten days. Well, there has been some sugar in some things we have eaten like salad dressing and barbeque sauce.
  • Okay, what do we miss the most?  Cheese!
  •  As for the no alcohol; we did great the first week and then decided to indulge on the weekend. Let's face it, life is too short to completely do without all vices; even when making a life change. 
  • Oh, and that's not the only rule we have broken...we have weighed ourselves!

                                                  Me - down 4.8 pounds
