Well, it has started. My guy and I are doing the Whole 30 and today is Day One. This is not a diet program; it's a program that is said to be "a nutritional reset". It is a program designed to get your body balanced and working correctly by eliminating flour, grain, sugar and dairy from one's diet. I must say, two of our three kids were less than supportive, they both had the exact same reaction when I shared what Brian and me were starting today and it began with a laugh, but that's okay. I keep thinking we can do this for 30 days, right?
