Having meals with my family has always been my priority. When our three kids were young and in three different schools and I was working full time, I remember planning my dinners for the week. I knew what I was making for dinner daily and in the morning, after my three were off and before I went to work, I would set the table and get out my pots and pans and ingredients so I would be ready to cook when the time came. Meals were and still are the time to connect with our loved ones; breathe and reflect and plan and laugh and enjoy. Don't forget the importance of eating with those that you love; it is a tradition that still happens in our home; even after 36 years.

breakfast, lunch, dinner...
