honey barbecued pork with sriracha coleslaw...

I loved this dish and it was so easy to make; the pork was cooking and the slaw made in less than an hour. The combination of sweet and spicy was perfect as you mouth is just inundated with flavors. Try it; you'll like it!

Crock Pot Honey Barbecued Pork

  • 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 Onions- Chopped
  • 12 oz BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • Season with Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Place loin in your slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place onions on top.
  4. Pour sauce and honey on top.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
  6. Shred pork with two forks and mix with sauce.
  7. Serve on buns.

Spicy Sriracha Coleslaw
An easy recipe for spicy sriracha coleslaw. Perfect for adding on top of pulled pork tacos.
  • 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (the cool red bottle with a lime green top and a rooster on the side) 
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 14 oz bag of pre chopped coleslaw mix
  • 1.5 T white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the coleslaw mix.
  2. Add coleslaw mix.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Taste. If needed, add more sriracha.
