Ingredients
- 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Onions- Chopped
- 12 oz BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- Season with Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Place loin in your slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place onions on top.
- Pour sauce and honey on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
- Shred pork with two forks and mix with sauce.
- Serve on buns.

An easy recipe for spicy sriracha coleslaw. Perfect for adding on top of pulled pork tacos.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (the cool red bottle with a lime green top and a rooster on the side)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 14 oz bag of pre chopped coleslaw mix
- 1.5 T white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the coleslaw mix.
- Add coleslaw mix.
- Mix everything well.
- Taste. If needed, add more sriracha.
