hello friday...

I had a good week, which is nice.  Accomplished was doing the five Tibetan Rites each morning and going to the gym three times. I have been doing those yoga stretches for about three weeks now and I can really see the difference in my flexibility and core strength.  That's positive.  Next week, I'm going to add 20 minutes of weight training to my daily routine and I'm going to try to locate a rebounder. As Nick has been MIA this week, we're looking forward to seeing him tonight as I'm making one of his favorite chicken dishes to lure him over. What else... I hoping to order my Friday night dinner (pre-wedding dinner) invites this weekend and make the rest of my dinner "to do" list that we're hosting for the soon-to-be bride and groom and cooking, of course.  The day is promised to be beeeeeutiful which should make us all smile and who is not happy that the weekend is here?  T.G.I.F.
