
This week I am back outside running and it feels so good. I leave around 4:50 and have been running 2.55 miles. Layers have kept me perfectly comfortable and I watch dawn break. It has felt so good to be in fresh air and to hear the birds sing. It is almost like I feel "freed" which sounds ridiculous, but seriously, I could not tolerate on more day in the gym. Outside working out just makes you feel wonderful and stress free and fresh.
