Yesterday, I turned in my portfolio without reading through my entries again as enough is enough. Then, I proceeded to finish correcting all three pages of the last assessment I gave to my learners and by the end of the day, I must admit, I felt rather crazed. Today, I need to tally the points on the tests, calculate percents and record the grades. I have all of my lesson plans ready and worksheets copied so I am ready when we return from break. This kind of prep is what we teachers do! My classroom is also cleaned and disinfected and the plants are watered. Okay, today I need to breathe, tackle the day and embrace the fact that the weekend will be here in a few, short hours!
