I decided to make a small, monthly goal in addition to my resolutions and this month, it is a Personal Goal. Why, because I am not happy with my weight. I feel like it just goes up and down too much and because I want my weight more stable, here is what is happening this February. It's going to be my, once again, no sugar month. That means very limited white sugar in anything I eat and no sugar treats. My hope is this will get my weight more stable. We'll see when the 28th comes as that will be my "update" day.
