- 2 ounces whipped vodka
- 1 ounce amaretto (Disaronno)
- 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (Baileys)
- 2 ounces half and half
- 1 ounce raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- Honey, graham cracker crumbs, and raspberry for garnish
To one, add a teaspoon of honey. To the other, add the graham cracker crumbs.
Rim the edge of the martini glass first in the honey and then in the graham cracker crumbs.
Add a raspberry to the glass and then pour in the raspberry liqueur.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, amaretto, Irish cream, and half and half.
Slowly strain into your prepared martini glass, letting the Chambord loosely swirl into the mixture.
