happy monday...

I hope you had a nice weekend.  I...

• enjoyed some wine with Brian, Nick and Nick on Friday night.  Apparently I'm not really fun as I went to bed around 10 and the rest stayed up until after 12.  Yikes, that is way tooooo late for me!
• bought tons of vegetables from Costco which made me just so happy as I love fresh vegetables.
• cooked a bunch of chicken breasts in the crock pot overnight so on Sunday morning, I could shred the chicken to make enchiladas and chicken salad.
• roasted kale for a tasty chip snack.
• saw my husband off as he left this morning on his Florida golf trip.
