I've been in a bit of a slump lately when it comes to my workouts, but I've come to learn to say that it's okay. If I get out of a routine for a week, I just get moving the next and truly get over it. This morning, I enjoyed a 3 mile run in the cool, crisp, fall air and it was very enjoyable. I was going to do one more mile but I got out a little late so I settled for 3. Seize the day!
