This week I intend to:
- exercise every morning; drink my container of lemon water at work and eat 3 small meals while there as well.
- stay organized and I'm off to a great start. I changed some of my "organizational tools" and I think my new methods are going to be very effective. They are already working.
- be productive without letting myself get overwhelmed.
- smile as that keeps my blood pressure down..
- not multi-task as I am horrible at that .
- go home on time as my guys help keep me balanced..
