it's back to work...

This week I intend to: 
  • exercise every morning; drink my container of lemon water at work and eat 3 small meals while there as well.
  • stay organized and I'm off to a great start.  I changed some of my "organizational tools" and I think my new methods are going to be very effective.  They are already working.
  • be productive without letting myself get overwhelmed.
  • smile as that keeps my blood pressure down..
  • not multi-task as I am horrible at that .
  • go home on time as my guys help keep me balanced..
