asian quinoa salad...

Asian Quinoa Salad - A quick and easy healthy quinoa salad dressed in sweet and tangy Asian flavors, loaded with tons of veggies!
I made this today, well a version of it, and it turned out very good. Be careful with the dressing as it is strong so a little goes a long way. The short cut that I took was buying a bag a shredded cabbage which meant I made the recipe X4,  then I added a large diced carrot, the diced scallions and a diced red pepper. I did not add corn as I only had canned and did not have an avocado which was missed. A really healthy summer dish that is filled with flavor and color!
